Bio
Ofra Beigel is a real estate developer, investor and licensed Principal Real Estate Broker in New York and Pennsylvania, and the Founder and CEO of OB International Real Estate and OB & Wise Property Management, real estate firms specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, repositioning, brokerage and management of residential and commercial properties.
With operations in New York and Pennsylvania, Ofra has built her career around identifying underutilized properties and transforming them into productive, income generating real estate assets. Her experience spans multifamily housing, mixed-use properties, commercial buildings, warehouses, condominiums, single family portfolios, and large-scale adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects.
Ofra is particularly focused on value add and adaptive-reuse opportunities, including the redevelopment of existing institutional and commercial properties into new residential, mixed-use, senior living and community oriented developments. She is actively involved throughout the development process, from acquisition and due diligence through zoning and entitlements, financing, design, construction strategy, leasing, property management and long term asset positioning.
Through OB International Real Estate, Ofra also works with investors and strategic partners to identify opportunities where thoughtful redevelopment, strong management, and disciplined execution can create long term value. Her approach combines an investor’s perspective with hands on development and operational experience.
Her work is guided by a broader vision of empowering communities through innovative and sustainable real estate solutions, with an emphasis on projects that respond to evolving housing, economic and community needs.
Before entering the real estate industry, Ofra pursued an academic career in linguistics. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Linguistics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, continued her graduate studies at New York University, and was a Ph.D. candidate. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York.
Today, Ofra brings that analytical background together with extensive real world experience in investment, development, brokerage, and property management. She has established a reputation for recognizing potential where others may see complexity, and for advancing challenging properties through the process of repositioning, redevelopment, and value creation.
Her philosophy is straightforward: real estate investment is not simply about acquiring property, it is about recognizing potential, creating value, and building assets and communities positioned for the future.
